Where are you located?

CJ's Confections is based in Orlando, FL. We don't have a physical store, but you can place an order in our online store for shipping and local pickup.

 

Where do you ship and what is your shipping process?

We ship within the USA, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Orders received by 2 PM are processed within 2 business days and shipped on the next business day.

Do you make deliveries?

Currently, we do not offer delivery services; however, shipping and pickup are available for selection at checkout. 

 

Why can't I order one cookie?

Baking a single cookie uses as many ingredients and energy as baking a dozen, making larger batches more sustainable and efficient. Larger batches also ensure consistent quality and taste. Additionally, packaging one cookie uses almost the same materials and effort as packaging multiple cookies, making grouped orders more eco-friendly and cost-effective.

 

What other products do you offer?

We offer a variety of made-to-order gourmet pound cakes and cheesecakes.
