Where are you located?

CJ's Confections is based in Orlando, FL. We don't have a physical store, but you can place an order in our online store for shipping.

 

Where do you ship and what is your shipping process?

We ship within the USA, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Orders are received and processed Saturday - Thursday (cutoff at 2PM). Orders ship on Mondays (if the post office is closed, orders will ship the following business day).

*Orders placed after 2PM on Thursday may ship one week from the following Monday.

 

Do you make deliveries?

Currently, we do not offer delivery services.

 

Why can't I order one cookie?

Baking a single cookie uses as many ingredients and energy as baking a dozen, making larger batches more sustainable and efficient. Larger batches also ensure consistent quality and taste. Additionally, packaging one cookie uses almost the same materials and effort as packaging multiple cookies, making grouped orders more eco-friendly and cost-effective.

 

What other products do you offer?

We offer a variety of fresh, gourmet pound cakes, made-to-order.
