CJ’s Story—A journey rooted in faith, family, and a love for baking.

As a young girl, some of my most cherished memories were made in the kitchen, watching my mother cook and bake with love. Under her tutelage, I learned more than recipes—I learned patience, care, and the joy of serving others. Those moments planted the seed for a lifelong passion for cooking and baking, guided by God’s grace every step of the way.

In my adolescence, that passion grew into action as I began baking cookies for my community. What started small quickly became something meaningful, and it was my mother who lovingly named the business CJ’s Confections, a combination of both of our names and a reminder that this journey was never mine alone.

Today, CJ’s Confections exists to honor those beginnings and the blessings that followed. We offer indulgent 5 oz. gourmet cookies, rich pound cakes, and decadent cheesecakes—each handcrafted with quality ingredients, intention, and gratitude. Every dessert is made with the belief that God is in the details and that even the smallest treats can bring joy, comfort, and connection.
