Cookie Drop Preorders & Tour Dates

 

How to Preorder Cookies—Add the cookie flavors and quantities you want to your cart and checkout — simple as that. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with pickup details and instructions.
Preordering for Market Day is highly recommended to guarantee your cookies and get first pick of our flavor lineup. A small selection may be available for walk-up customers, but quantities are limited.

Where to Pickup— All preorders will be available for pickup at our booth on Market Day (unless otherwise noted). Orders must be picked up on the scheduled date during market hours. You can stop by anytime during those hours — just have your order confirmation email or order number ready when you arrive.

Packaging— Your cookies will be packaged in a kraft pastry sleeve or bakery box, depending on your order size.
For the best cookie experience, enjoy them the same day or within 1–5 days for peak freshness.

Missed Pickup— If you’re unable to pick up your cookie preorder or special order during the scheduled pickup day and/or market hours, your order will be donated.

Because all cookies are baked fresh in limited batches, orders cannot be held for the following day, and we’re unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for missed pickups.

All orders are final and non-refundable.

We recommend setting a reminder so you don’t miss your cookie moment.
